CLASS OFFERINGS

  • HIIT

    A more traditional group fitness class with an emphasis in strength training. Format changes as the coach will guide you and the class through a variety of formats. This can range from AMRAP’S, Circuit Training, Tabatas, etc. Plan to work with a group from start to finish.

  • STRENGTH

    A self paced and self guided approach to strength training with a coach present to assist with form and guidance throughout the workout. This class is less structured by time, as you can arrive at your convenience within the posted class times. Programming will be provided for you in the studio. You will not be working with a group as this is a more individualized session with one on one coaching access.
